Wedge Brewing Company has two distinct locations, Wedge at Foundation and Wedge at Wedge Studios. Both locations offer classic, yet extensive menus that change with the season. You will find that both the Foundation menu and the Studio menu are filled with pale ales, cream ales, hoppy IPAs, fruity beers, and even dry apple ciders. Because this is not a distribution brewery, you won’t find Wedge beer anywhere else. Make the most of your trip and get a proper taste by ordering a flight!

There is always something fantastic cooking at Wedge Foundation and Wedge Studios. You will find New Orleans-style comfort food, scrumptious pizza pies, grilled cheese sandwiches, authentic Mexican cuisine, and even farm-to-table eats.
